+- 将 Gitea 仓库默认分支从仅含初始化文件的 `main` 改为实际开发与部署分支 `dev`，使 Gitea Actions 识别并展示现有 `workflow_dispatch` 手动运行入口。
+- 此设置变更本身不触发部署；只有用户在 Actions 页面手动运行工作流时，才会构建 `dev` 当前提交、推送测试镜像并滚动更新 `olons-server-system/olons-server`。
