修复系统消息/我的收藏页"加载更多"按钮文字下沉被裁切的问题

.system-notification-load-more/.library-load-more 只覆盖了全局button的字号和内边距，没覆盖
line-height，实测继承的全局button{line-height:2.2rem}比这两个按钮自己的行高需求高出一大截，
把文字挤到框内偏下的位置，底部还被裁切掉约2px（用getBoundingClientRect量出文字整体比按钮
边框低9.9px）。改用flex居中+height:auto，不再依赖固定line-height撑出的位置。
